certains types de chirurgie, comme celles qui visent \u00e0 modifier la tonalit\u00e9 vocale , soit pour la rendre plus aigu\u00eb (comme la Glottoplastie de Wendler, la cricothyropexie ou l\u2019approche crico-thyro\u00efdienne), soit pour l\u2019aggraver (Thyroplastie type III&#8230;). Dans ce cas, ce sont des cordes vocales saines, d\u00e9pourvues de pathologie, qui sont mutil\u00e9es. Ce type d\u2019intervention va au-del\u00e0 de l\u2019ablation d\u2019une formation sur la corde, en risquant que des parties vitales de celle-ci soient manipul\u00e9es ce qui m\u00e8ne \u00e0 un risque \u00e9lev\u00e9 avec un dommage vocal irr\u00e9versible.<\/p><p>La plupart des t\u00e9moignages indiquent les changements suivants dans la voix : \u00ab\u00a0Je sens comme si je manquais d\u2019air en parlant\u00a0\u00bb, \u00ab\u00a0L&rsquo;enrouement dans ma voix ne dispara\u00eet pas\u00a0\u00bb, \u00ab\u00a0Je sens des fuites d\u2019air dans ma voix\u00a0\u00bb, \u00ab\u00a0Je ne
