L\u2019objectif principal \u00e9tait d\u2019\u00e9valuer les diff\u00e9rences entre le d\u00e9but et la fin de cette approche en termes d\u2019auto\u2011\u00e9valuation, de param\u00e8tres acoustiques et prosodiques. Une femme transgenre a particip\u00e9 \u00e0 dix s\u00e9ances de soin vocal affirmant le genre selon la M\u00e9thode Astudillo. Les \u00e9valuations comprenaient : une auto\u2011\u00e9valuation via le *Trans Woman Voice Questionnaire* (TWVQ), une \u00e9valuation acoustique mesurant la fr\u00e9quence fondamentale (f0) et les formants (fR), et une \u00e9valuation prosodique avec le logiciel *Prosogram*. Les analyses statistiques incluaient des statistiques descriptives et le test de Wilcoxon.<\/p>\n<p>Des augmentations significatives ont \u00e9t\u00e9 observ\u00e9es pour la fr\u00e9quence fondamentale moyenne : de *158,11 Hz \u00e0 258,54 Hz* sur voyelles soutenues et de *158,93 Hz \u00e0 255,98 Hz* en parole continue. Les formants ont montr\u00e9 peu de changements, \u00e0 l\u2019exception<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-30609a2 elementor-widget
